Ram Erfan graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons), obtaining Second Class Upper Division honours. He is a Pupil-In-Chambers in Chambers of Sivahnanthan Ragava currently. During his time at UiTM, Ram served as President of the Institute of Young Leaders (Institut Pemimpin Muda), where he developed his leadership and organisational skills through student initiatives and engagement with student affairs. He was also a member of the UiTM Student Parliament, contributing proposals on student welfare and strengthening his advocacy, public speaking, and critical thinking skills. In addition, he served as Head of the Objection and Appeals Committee under the Student Election Council, where he helped uphold fairness and integrity in campus elections. As a Pupil in Chambers, Ram assists in legal research, case preparation, and court proceedings across criminal matters under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Sivahnanthan Ragava. He is committed to developing the legal knowledge, practical skills, and professional discipline required of a dedicated criminal defence advocate.
