Yuveraaj Pillai is a Pupil in Chambers at Chambers of Sivahnanthan Ragava, where his Master is Mr.Sivahnanthan Ragava, an advocate and solicitor practising exclusively in criminal law. He graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons), obtaining Second Class Upper Division honours. He has also obtained a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Law from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.During his time at IIUM, Yuveraaj was actively involved in the IIUM Law Society, contributing to various academic and student-led initiatives. He also actively participated in Debat Bahasa Melayu, where he developed his advocacy, public speaking, and analytical skills. In addition, he served as the Deputy President of the IIUM Student Union, demonstrating leadership and representing the interests of the student body.As a Pupil in Chambers, Yuveraaj is exposed to a broad range of criminal matters, assisting in legal research, case preparation, and court proceedings under the guidance and supervision of Sivahnanthan Ragava. He is committed to developing the practical skills, discipline, and professionalism required of a criminal defence advocate.
